Bayline in Dubai
Emaar Properties, known for its expertise in luxury real estate construction, has unveiled its latest project, Bayline, in Dubai, UAE. This 10-storey tower is set to be part of the prestigious Rashid Yachts & Marina community, surrounded by lush green gardens, walking paths and other public spaces.
On the ground floor of the complex, a spacious lobby with concierge service will be featured.
This area will offer a comfortable relaxation area for both guests and residents. The lobby is designed with panoramic windows overlooking the garden, along with stylish finishes in beige, sand and bronze tones.
On the eight residential floors of the complex, a total of 151 residences will be available, comprising:
- 66 one-bedroom apartments
- 65 two-bedroom apartments
- 14 three-bedroom apartments
- 6 three-bedroom duplexes
The area of the classic apartments ranges from 76 to 181 square metres, while the duplexes will feature an area ranging from 253 to 258 square metres.
At present, it’s advantageous to invest in property at Bayline; the prices from the developer during the excavation phase are particularly attractive. By the completion of construction in November 2027, the property’s value is expected to increase by up to 20%. The starting price for one-bedroom apartments is AED 1.6 million (USD 435,500).
